At Amazon Web Services, we are leading the next paradigm shift in computing and are seeking an accomplished leader for the role of Senior Tech Business Development of Enterprise Transformation (ET) in the AWS Partner Organization.
As the Senior Tech Business Development of Enterprise Transformation, you will deliver on an innovative sales strategy, achieve results through the development of joint industry go-to-market initiatives, and identify and close large-scale IT Outsourcing wins. You will be responsible for owning operational execution of attainment against regional targets, creating and managing executive relationships across the business, and driving pipeline, new revenue growth, increased market adoption, and the expansion of the partner's largest global AWS opportunities.
As a Strategic Business Development Lead, you will establish and grow business and technical relationships with System Integrators (SIs), drive revenue growth and cloud adoption, and execute go-to-market models that cover areas such as migrations, procurement, workforce transformation, and asset dispensation. You will also interface with internal leadership and external customers at the executive CxO level and collaborate with stakeholders across the organization.
A day in the life of a Senior Tech Business Development of Enterprise Transformation at AWS EMEA SARL (UK Branch) involves working with a diverse team to deliver innovative solutions to Fortune 1000 customers. You will have the opportunity to build and rapidly expand the AWS global relationship with top System Integrators, drive revenue growth and cloud adoption, and execute go-to-market models that cover areas such as migrations, procurement, workforce transformation, and asset dispensation.

Requirements
- Significant years of developing, negotiating, and executing business agreements experience and/or business transactions
- Significant years of professional or military experience
- Bachelor's degree
- Experience developing strategies that influence leadership decisions at the organizational level
- Experience managing programs across cross-functional teams, building processes, and coordinating release schedules
