Job Requirements:
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Property Manager. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and relationship-building skills, a willingness to learn and adapt to new situations, and a passion for delivering high-quality customer service. Key requirements include:

* A competent knowledge of lettings legislation, tenancy agreements, and landlord contracts (training provided)
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers, colleagues, and stakeholders
* Ability to work independently, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously
* Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to resolve issues efficiently and effectively
* Proficient in using technology, including CRM systems and Microsoft Office

Salary and Benefits:
The successful candidate will receive a competitive salary of approximately £25,000-£30,000 per annum, reflecting the importance we place on finding the right candidate.
