We are seeking a dedicated and passionate individual to join our team as a Tesco Colleague at our Evesham Worcester Rd Superstore. As a key member of our store team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service and helping to drive sales and growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding customer service, ensuring that every customer leaves the store with a positive experience.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales and service targets, and contribute to a positive and inclusive store environment.
- Be knowledgeable about our products and services, and use this knowledge to make informed decisions that meet the needs of our customers.
- Take ownership of your work, and be proactive in identifying and resolving issues that may impact customer satisfaction.
- Participate in seasonal, community, and charity events, and contribute to creating a great inclusive atmosphere in store.
