About the Role

We are looking for a talented and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Tesco Retail Team Member. As a key member of our store team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, working closely with colleagues to achieve sales goals, and maintaining a clean and safe shopping environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer queries and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales targets, stock levels, and store standards.
  • Maintain a clean and safe shopping environment, adhering to health and safety guidelines and company policies.
  • Handle cash and operate a range of tills, following company procedures and guidelines.
  • Assist with merchandising and visual displays, ensuring products are presented in an attractive and appealing manner.
