Learning Support Specialist

The role of SEN Support Worker is a critical position within Teaching Personnel, where you will play a vital part in providing essential support and guidance to students with Special Educational Needs (SEN), enabling them to reach their full potential and thrive in a nurturing learning environment.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Providing tailored one-on-one support to students with SEN, catering to their unique needs and abilities.
- Collaborating with teachers, therapists, and other support staff to deliver effective educational and therapeutic interventions.
- Creating a safe, inclusive, and supportive learning environment that fosters a sense of value and respect among all students.
- Assisting with the implementation of personalized education plans and behavior management strategies.
