Job Title: Head of Product

Anthony Nolan is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head of Product to lead our product management activity and drive the development of our products.

Job Summary:

The Head of Product will be responsible for leading a team of Product Managers and Business Analysts to design, develop, and launch new products that meet the needs of our customers and stakeholders. The successful candidate will have a deep understanding of product management principles and practices, as well as experience in leading cross-functional teams and driving business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and execute product roadmaps that align with business objectives and customer needs.
  2. Lead a team of Product Managers and Business Analysts to design and develop new products.
  3. Collaborate with stakeholders across the organization to understand business requirements and customer needs.
  4. Develop and maintain product lifecycle plans, including product development, launch, and maintenance.
  5. Monitor and analyze product performance data to inform product decisions and drive business outcomes.
  6. Communicate product progress and results to senior leadership and stakeholders.
Requirements:
  1. Proven experience in product management, with a strong understanding of product development principles and practices.
  2. Experience in leading cross-functional teams and driving business outcomes.
  3. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data and drive business decisions.
  4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
  5. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects.
  6. Strong business acumen, with a deep understanding of business operations and financial management.
