As a Disability Support Specialist at Sincerity Care Ltd, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality, person-centred support to individuals with learning disabilities. Your key responsibilities will include:

Personal Care Support

Providing assistance with daily living tasks, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming

Supporting individuals with their personal care needs, including skin care, oral care, and continence management

Assisting with household chores, such as cooking, cleaning, and laundry

Advice and Information

Providing advice and information to service users and their families, as needed

Supporting individuals to access community-based services and facilities

Maintaining accurate records and contributing to service monitoring requirements

Job Requirements

10 hour shifts, 12 hour shifts, and 8 hour shifts available

Monday to Friday, with occasional weekend work
