Job Title: Mortgage Advisor

We are seeking a skilled Mortgage Advisor to assist clients in securing the best mortgage deals.

About the Role

As a Mortgage Advisor, you will work closely with our Estate Agency team to help customers purchase their dream home while taking care of all their mortgage and protection needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build relationships with the Estate Agency team through training and support
  • Provide comprehensive mortgage advice to a diverse range of clients
  • Assess clients' financial circumstances to determine suitable mortgage products
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the mortgage market and related financial products
  • Liaise with lenders, estate agents, and solicitors to ensure smooth transactions
  • Prepare and submit detailed mortgage applications on behalf of clients
  • Offer guidance on protection products related to the mortgage process, such as life insurance and home insurance
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and laws
  • Deliver exceptional customer service, building and maintaining long-term client relationships
Requirements
  • CeMAP qualification
  • Proven experience as a Mortgage Advisor, preferably within an estate agency setting & a strong track record in generating new sales and following through to completions
  • Strong understanding of the mortgage market and financial regulations
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • High level of numeracy and attention to detail
  • Commitment to continuous professional development

  • Able to work under pressure and build strong alliances
