About the Role

We are seeking a driven and motivated Mortgage Advisor to join our team at Connect Personnel. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for meeting with clients to assess their individual circumstances and needs, and providing them with the best financial and mortgage solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Meeting with clients to discuss their mortgage requirements and provide tailored solutions
  • Working closely with the residential estate agency team to ensure all business opportunities are maximised
  • Meeting and exceeding targets for mortgage sales and referrals
  • Providing coaching and support to colleagues to maintain a good referral rate
  • Liaising with lenders to confirm product conditions are relevant for our customers
  • Ensuring all documentation is compliant, correct and properly witnessed and signed in line with FCA guidelines
About You

We are looking for a smart, articulate and well-presented individual who is ambitious and self-motivated. You will need to be able to work in a pressurised environment and have a great work ethic. You will also need to be able to build strong relationships with customers and provide them with exceptional service.
