- Providing personalised care and support to residents with additional learning needs
- Facilitating meaningful engagement and activities that promote socialisation and personal growth
- Building a sense of community and fostering a positive and inclusive environment
- Collaborating with colleagues to ensure a harmonious and supportive atmosphere
- Degree in Health and Social Care or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Ability to provide individualised support and facilitate meaningful engagement
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Commitment to creating a positive and inclusive environment
