About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Executive to join our team at Pybus Recruitment. As a Business Development Executive, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with existing clients, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business growth and revenue targets
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products and services
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, developing and maintaining a strong network of contacts and partners
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to client inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to ensure alignment and effective communication
Requirements
  • Minimum 1 year of sales experience, preferably in the automotive parts industry
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify opportunities and develop effective solutions
  • Proficient in general computer knowledge and software applications
