Key Responsibilities:

  1. Oversee the planning and execution of maintenance and repair activities for all facilities.
  2. Develop and implement procedures for inventory management and procurement processes.
  3. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless facility operations.
  4. Manage relationships with external vendors and service providers.
  5. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
  6. Provide support and guidance to junior staff members.

Requirements:

  • At least 3 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Strong technical knowledge of building systems and maintenance practices.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and make sound decisions.
  • Knowledge of facility management software and technology.

Salary Range:

$55,000 - $75,000 per year, depending on experience.
