We are seeking an experienced Engineering Manager to lead our Substation Replacement Project in Cumbria. The successful candidate will have a strong background in engineering management, particularly in the Nuclear Sector.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage projects throughout the complete design phase of a major project, across a range of complex multi-discipline projects/environments, and the effective & supportive management of an integrated project design team.
- Leading teams throughout the EC&I feasibility stage of the project.
- Deliver projects under CDM.
- Utilize advanced project management techniques across multi-functional organizations.
- Use reporting tools covering estimating, scheduling, programming, reports and risk analysis & earned value tools.
The salary for this position is estimated to be around £80,000 - £100,000 per annum, depending on experience. This role offers flexible working options / working from home and requires the ability to travel between West Cumbria, Warrington or Glasgow.
