Job Summary

The Primary Care Careers organization is seeking a highly motivated and organized Receptionist / Patient Coordinator to join our team on a full-time basis. This role is ideal for an individual who is enthusiastic about providing exceptional patient care and is proficient in administrative tasks.

Main Responsibilities

  • Greet and direct patients in a polite and courteous manner.
  • Manage patient appointments, including scheduling and rescheduling as needed.
  • Respond to patient inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Process prescriptions, letters, and other patient documents.
  • Register new patients and maintain accurate patient records.
  • Perform administrative tasks, such as data entry and filing.
