We're looking for an experienced Cook Supervisor to join our team and help us maintain our high standards of food quality and service. As a key member of our team, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our catering facilities.
The RoleAs the Cook Supervisor, you'll be responsible for leading and developing your team, ensuring consistency of food and service standards, and driving sales through promotions and events. You'll also oversee menu development, maintain company systems and procedures, and conduct regular audits to ensure standards are met.
We're looking for someone with a passion for delivering exceptional food and service, as well as the following skills and experience:
- Craft-based experience using fresh ingredients
- Knowledge of health and safety practices
- Basic financial understanding of gross profit management and achieving sales targets
- Experience within a similar environment
We offer a competitive hourly rate of £13.50, 17.5 hours per week, and 38 weeks per year based around term time. You'll also benefit from working for a fast-growing, ambitious company with a dedicated L&D team to support your development. We're committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people, and an enhanced DBS disclosure will be sought by the company.
