- Provide high-quality customer service to staff, students, parents, and visitors, demonstrating a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Support the Headteacher, Senior Leadership team, and School Business Manager with administrative tasks and projects.
- Maintain filing systems and ensure prompt retrieval of information.
- Proficiently use a PC, including Microsoft Office, email, Excel, and Publisher.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work in a busy and deadline-led environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
- Empathy and understanding of students' and parents' needs.
