3 Month Introductory Period
Roles
- Greet and welcome patients as they arrive at the dental office
- Answer phone calls and schedule appointments for patients
- Verify and update patient information in the electronic health records system
- Collect and process payments from patients for dental services
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area
- Coordinate with dental staff to ensure smooth patient flow
**Qualifications**:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in an office or administrative role preferred
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Proficient in using computer software, including electronic health records systems
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
