About the Role

We are currently recruiting for a Senior MSK Physiotherapist to join our team in Kent. This is an exciting opportunity for a highly skilled and motivated physiotherapist to work with our experienced team in a fast-paced clinical environment.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in musculoskeletal physiotherapy and excellent clinical reasoning skills. They will be responsible for managing an independent MSK / Orthopedic / Sports clinical caseload proactively and effectively. The successful candidate will also provide clinical and legislative compliance auditing support and maintain all standards of practice as detailed within CSP / HCPC standards of practice & codes of conduct.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage an MSK / Orthopedic / Sports clinical caseload independently and effectively.
• Support the physiotherapy team and other centre staff with clinical decisions and patient care.
• Participate in ongoing audits and research projects relevant to the clinical field.
• Contribute to the development and implementation of a CPD plan for all physiotherapy and other centre staff.

Salary and Benefits:

We offer a competitive salary of £40,500 - £44,500 per annum (Band 7) or £36,000 - £45,000 per annum (Band 6), depending on experience. Our full-time position is available Monday to Friday, and we offer a permanent contract. We also offer regular in-house CPD sessions, a structured mandatory CPD training program, company-sponsored employee private medical insurance, and external CPD support.
