**Job Overview:**

We are looking for a talented HR Generalist to join our team in London. As an HR Generalist, you will be responsible for advising on and managing key HR processes, and supporting the delivery of HR services.

**Key Duties:**

  1. Advising on key HR policies and procedures, ensuring they are applied in a commercial and practical way.
  2. Conducting exit interviews and investigations, and assisting with drafting correspondences.
  3. Working collaboratively with HR Managers to support the launch and delivery of performance evaluation processes.
  4. Leading on the relationship with payroll, ensuring all relevant forms are processed each month.
  5. Maintaining relevant people data sources, including career trackers and headcount reports.

**Requirements and Qualifications:**

To be successful in this role, you will have experience in an HR environment, ideally within a professional services firm or global law firm. A CIPD qualification is advantageous. You must be highly client-focused, possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and be able to build relationships at all levels.

**Estimated Salary Range:**

£55,000 - £65,000 per annum, depending on experience.
