Lettings Manager Opportunity

**About the Role**

We are seeking a highly motivated Lettings Manager to join our residential Lettings team in Wickersley. As a Lettings Manager, you will be responsible for running a profitable and well-organized office, providing an effective, efficient, and professional lettings service to landlords and tenants.

**Key Responsibilities**

* Lead by example and delegate tasks to exceed performance and targets set
* Motivate your team and new recruits, ensuring they receive the training and support they need to flourish in their career
* Generate new business in a target-driven environment

**Requirements**

* Proven experience managing, leading, and mentoring a team
* Outstanding customer care and customer service experience
* Resilient, positive, organized, numerate, and detail-oriented
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* IT literate (MS Office, internet, email systems)
* Full UK driving license
