We're seeking a highly motivated and experienced Lettings Manager to join our dynamic team at Blundells. As a key member of our residential lettings team, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, driving business growth, and leading a high-performing team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage a profitable and well-organized office, providing an effective and professional lettings service to landlords and tenants.
  • Lead by example, delegating tasks and motivating your team to exceed performance targets and standards.
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive business growth, increase market share, and enhance customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in lettings management, branch management, or a senior lettings negotiator role.
  • Ability to generate new business in a target-driven environment.
  • Excellent customer care and communication skills, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Resilient, positive, organized, and detail-oriented, with a strong work ethic.
  • IT literate, with proficiency in MS Office, internet, and email systems.
  • A full UK driving license.
