About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Lettings Manager to join our residential lettings team in Wickersley. As a Lettings Manager, you will be responsible for running a profitable and well-organized office, providing an effective, efficient, and professional lettings service to landlords and tenants.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of lettings professionals to achieve sales targets and exceed performance standards
  • Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to attract new business and grow market share
  • Provide exceptional customer service to landlords and tenants, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention
  • Manage and maintain accurate records, reports, and databases to ensure compliance with industry regulations
  • Collaborate with the Area Manager and team to achieve business objectives and develop career growth opportunities
Requirements
  • Proven experience as a Lettings Manager, Branch Manager, or Senior Lettings Negotiator
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and lead a team
  • Strong business acumen, with the ability to analyze data and make informed decisions
  • IT literate, with experience using MS Office, internet, and email systems
  • A Full UK driving license
