Cleo AI is a high-growth, internationalizing, pre-IPO consumer fintech company that's already making waves in the industry. As our new CPO, you'll have the opportunity to shape the company's growth path by designing and building a best-in-class product strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the definition and delivery of a clear and cohesive product strategy to deliver Cleo's overall mission objective and wider strategic imperatives.
  • Build a world-class product management function, attracting and retaining highly engaged and capable top talent.
  • Lead and mentor the existing team of product managers, product leads, and product directors, helping them take risks and test hypotheses.
  • Set clear objectives and key results with leadership and the wider business, regularly checking in on progress and learning from it.
  • Deliver great product for users at pace, with a relentless focus on delivery and instilling a sense of pace, ownership, and accountability across the product organisation.

Requirements:

  • Seasoned product leadership, strategy, and vision in a growth-focused B2C environment.
  • People leadership: an inspiring, engaging people leader and outstanding communicator, with a proven track record in building organisational structures that support high growth and efficiency.
  • Execution-focused product delivery and bias for action: proven ability to build world-class products loved by users, delivering high-quality products on time and within budget.
  • Creative and disruptive mindset: a highly creative thinker with a background in exciting, disruptive consumer brands, analytical with a structured problem-solving approach.
  • Communication, influencing, and stakeholder management skills: effective communicator with the ability to build strong cross-functional relationships, influence at executive and board levels.
