Night Operations Manager

Job Description:
We are seeking a Night Operations Manager to join our team at Clayton Hotel Cambridge. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of the hotel during nighttime hours.
Your primary objective will be to maintain high standards of guest satisfaction and employee engagement. This includes managing the Nights team, resolving issues promptly, and communicating effectively with colleagues and guests.
The estimated salary for this role is £45,000 - £55,000 per annum, depending on experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the Nights team to deliver exceptional customer service
- Maintain accurate records and reports
- Contribute to the development of policies and procedures
