We are seeking a highly motivated and driven individual to join our team as a Financial Sales Professional Development Opportunity. This is an exciting chance to launch your career in financial sales and progress to further roles.
Job OverviewThis internship program provides a comprehensive training experience, covering the basics of the financial industry, Fisher's investment philosophy, and financial sales. You will be immersed in a two-month program that offers hands-on experience, mentorship, and opportunities for growth.
Salary and BenefitsThe salary for this role is £16,000 per annum. In addition to a competitive base salary, we offer a range of benefits, including 100% paid premiums for top-tier supplemental medical, dental, and annual health screening plans, 28 days annual leave (pro rata), and enhanced maternity pay package with 16 weeks' top-up to full base pay.
Key Responsibilities- Gaining an understanding of wealth management in the UK, including how people invest their money and what they invest it in.
- Speaking to high-net-worth investors to understand their financial position and suggesting relevant next steps.
- Using a sales CRM to manage the sales pipeline and record information on prospects.
- Understanding prospect needs and market solutions that align to those needs.
- A desire to get started in financial sales and progress to further roles.
- Keen interest in a career in sales.
