Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Band-6 Crisis Nurse to join our team at Randstad Care. As a Community Psychiatric Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care to individuals with mental health needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide crisis intervention and support to individuals with mental health issues
- Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans
- Conduct assessments and evaluations to identify individual needs and develop strategies for improvement
- Provide education and support to individuals, families, and carers on mental health issues and recovery strategies
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and outcomes
Requirements:
- Registered Nurse with a valid NMC registration
- Experience working in mental health settings, preferably in a crisis nurse role
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
- Knowledge of mental health legislation and policies
