About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate individual to join our Technology Enabled Care Team as a Technology Enabled Care Support Specialist. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in providing technological solutions to support vulnerable individuals in living independently at home.

The successful candidate will be responsible for receiving and processing referrals, communicating with customers and their representatives, setting up and programming digital solutions, and conducting associated administration tasks.

Key Responsibilities
  • Receiving and processing referrals for Technology Enabled Care services
  • Communicating with customers and their representatives to understand their needs and preferences
  • Setting up and programming digital solutions to support independent living
  • Conducting associated administration tasks to ensure seamless service delivery
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work with vulnerable individuals and their families
  • Basic computer skills and willingness to learn new technology
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
