About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate individual to join our Technology Enabled Care Team as a Technology Enabled Care Support Specialist. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in providing technological solutions to support vulnerable adults in living independently at home.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Receiving and processing referrals for Technology Enabled Care services
  • Providing excellent customer service to existing and prospective customers, including their representatives
  • Setting up and programming various digital solutions to support customers' needs
  • Conducting associated administration tasks

Requirements:

  • Previous experience of working with vulnerable adults
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to communicate clearly and effectively
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
