Salary

We offer an attractive salary package commensurate with experience, estimated to be around £90,000 - £110,000 per annum, depending on your background and qualifications.

Job Description

As an Energy Industry Innovation Leader, you'll play a crucial role in driving our vision forward. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Designing and Developing Innovative Solutions: You'll work closely with our engineering team to design and develop cutting-edge solutions that address complex challenges in the energy industry.
  • Leading Technical Teams: With your leadership skills and technical expertise, you'll guide teams of engineers to deliver high-quality projects that meet our ambitious goals.
  • Collaborating with Cross-Functional Teams: You'll work seamlessly with various teams, including UX experts, copywriters, and designers, to ensure seamless integration of innovative solutions into our products.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Strong Technical Background: Proficiency in Python, Django, and AWS is essential. Experience with React, Redux, and other relevant technologies is a plus.
  • Leadership and Collaboration Skills: Excellent leadership and collaboration skills are necessary to drive innovation and lead cross-functional teams.
  • Domain Modelling and Problem-Solving: Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills are required to tackle complex challenges in the energy industry.
