Job Title: Sustainability Innovation LeaderAbout the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Sustainability Innovation Leader to join our team in London. As a key member of our sustainability division, you will be responsible for delivering innovative solutions that meet the needs of our clients and drive business success.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in environmental sustainability, energy efficiency, and project management. They will be able to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to work on high-profile projects, develop your skills and expertise, and contribute to the growth and development of our sustainability practice.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver innovative sustainability solutions that meet client needs and drive business success.
  • Lead project teams to ensure timely and successful delivery of projects.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements.
  • Mentor and support junior colleagues to develop their skills and expertise.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architectural Engineering or closely related field.
  • Demonstrated practical experience, competence, and proven expertise in evaluating state-of-the-art building designs and energy-efficiency technologies.
  • Thorough understanding of mechanical systems and controls and knowledge of the specialized requirements of highly technical facilities such as hospitals and laboratories.
  • Ability to develop detailed energy models with eQuest or other simulation software.
  • Understanding of energy-efficient commercial lighting systems.
  • Excellent presentation skills with the ability to speak with confidence to building owners, facility personnel, contractors, architects, and engineers.
  • Excellent writing and documentation skills.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office programs.
Salary:

£70,000 - £90,000 per annum, depending on experience.
