Volunteer Engagement Specialist

Vast Services: Investing in communities is seeking a Volunteer Engagement Specialist to support Poetry Groups in libraries, focusing on adult wellbeing. This role requires a friendly individual with great social skills, able to welcome new members and engage participants.
We provide resources, materials, and equipment for groups, as well as free tea and coffee. The ideal candidate will have patience and good listening skills, be warm and caring, and apply their own initiative and creativity.
A commitment of at least 2 hours per week is required. Estimated salary: £22,000 - £28,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
