Credit Control Team Leader

We are seeking an experienced Billing & Credit Team Leader to join our team at Page Personnel Sales.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead and motivate a team of credit controllers to achieve collection targets and drive business growth.
- Monitor and manage aged debt, implementing strategies to reduce overdue payments and improve cash flow.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key clients, resolving disputes and queries in a professional and timely manner.
- Prepare reports and analysis on outstanding debts and cash flow forecasting to inform business decisions.
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure accurate billing and invoicing, and identify opportunities to improve credit control processes and procedures.
- Proven experience in a Credit Control role, with leadership or supervisory experience and a strong track record of success.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities, with a proactive and results-driven approach.
