Job Summary:

Miller Maxwell Ltd is seeking a highly skilled Senior C++ Software Engineer to join their expanding low-latency software engineering team. As a key member of the team, you will play a crucial role in developing innovative solutions for electronic trading technology.

About the Role:

  • Collaborate closely with senior stakeholders and board-level members to drive software development projects forward.
  • Lead and manage Agile development projects, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results.
  • Work closely with the technology sales team to understand client development requests and provide effective solutions.
  • Assist in prioritizing and managing the delivery of IT software development projects.

Requirements:

  • At least eight years of experience in software engineering in a commercial environment.
  • Proven experience in the financial services industry, specifically in the Derivatives and/or Options Market.
  • Strong hands-on experience with C++ (5+ years) and a solid understanding of low-latency environments.
  • Experience working in Linux/Unix environments.
