Job Summary

Miller Maxwell Ltd is seeking a highly skilled Senior C++ Software Engineer to join their expanding low-latency software engineering team. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for influencing and managing software development projects through the full project life cycle.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work closely with senior stakeholders and board-level members to drive software development projects forward.
  • Lead and manage Agile development projects, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results.
  • Collaborate with the technology sales team to effectively manage client development requests.
  • Assist in prioritizing and delivering IT software development projects.

Requirements

  • At least eight years of experience in software engineering in a commercial environment.
  • Proven experience in the financial services industry, specifically in the Derivatives and/or Options Market.
  • Strong hands-on experience with C++ (5+ years) and expertise in BOOST, STL, and Multithreading.
  • Experience working in low-latency environments and a strong background in Linux/Unix.
