Job Title: Cardiac Ultrasound Specialist
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Cardiac Ultrasound Specialist to join our team at Philips. As a key member of our Ultrasound business, you will play a pivotal role in growing our Cardiac Ultrasound business, customer satisfaction, and after-sales support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Demonstrate Cardiac Ultrasound products at customer sites or hospitals and at conferences/exhibits, assisting Sales Specialists in showcasing equipment to best advantage.
- Manage post-sales customer product training at customer sites/hospitals and at Philips customer optimization days.
- Develop and implement training schedules for the complete range of equipment, training customers in the use of our Ultrasound products, and providing formal applications reports on completion of all applications visits.
- Maintain contact with existing users to ensure ongoing customer satisfaction and confidence in using Philips Ultrasound equipment.
- Ensure all clinical applications training aligns with the Company's Quality Policy.
- Provide feedback to business/marketing management on reference sites system performance, competitors' products, customer reactions, and sales initiatives.
- Liaise with the Product Management Group's applications team to ensure the latest US information is available for Users, including attending international meetings as necessary.
- Support at courses delivered by our key accounts/customers.
- Assist the Business Line Manager in all aspects of marketing, sales, and promotion of our Cardiac Ultrasound equipment and provide specialist sales support to the account managers when required.
Requirements:
- Full UK driving license and willingness to travel extensively.
- Post Graduate studies in Sonography or Clinical Science.
- In-depth clinical experience within Cardiac Ultrasound.
- Extensive scanning experience within Cardiology.
- Experience of working in a clinical environment.
- Capability to train others on Ultrasound equipment.
- BSE accreditation desirable.
- Excellent communication skills and positive relationship builder.
