Job Title: Cardiac Ultrasound Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Cardiac Ultrasound Specialist to join our team at Philips. As a key member of our Ultrasound team, you will play a pivotal role in the success of our Cardiac Ultrasound business.

About the Role:
  • Demonstrate Cardiac Ultrasound products at customer sites, hospitals, and conferences, providing specialist support to ensure optimal equipment performance.
  • Manage post-sales customer product training, both at customer sites and at Philips customer optimization days.
  • Develop and maintain training schedules for the complete range of equipment, training customers in the use of our Ultrasound products.
  • Maintain contact with existing users, ensuring ongoing customer satisfaction and confidence in using Philips Ultrasound equipment.
  • Ensure all clinical applications training aligns with the Company's Quality Policy.
  • Provide feedback to business/marketing management on reference sites, system performance, competitors' products, customer reactions, and sales initiatives.
  • Liaise with the Product Management Group's applications team to ensure the latest US information is available for Users.
  • Support courses delivered by our key accounts/customers.
  • Assist the Business Line Manager in marketing, sales, and promotion of our Cardiac Ultrasound equipment.
Requirements:
  • Full UK driving license and willingness to travel extensively.
  • Post Graduate studies in Sonography or Clinical Science.
  • In-depth clinical experience within Cardiac Ultrasound.
  • Extensive scanning experience within Cardiology.
  • Experience of working in a clinical environment.
  • Capability to train others on Ultrasound equipment.
  • BSE accreditation desirable.
  • Excellent communication skills and positive relationship builder.
