Project Manager Opportunity in Exeter

We are seeking a skilled Project Manager to join our team in Exeter. As a key member of our Project Management team, you will work on high-profile schemes across the Southwest, collaborating with a close-knit and friendly regional team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timely delivery and quality outcomes.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and team members.
  • Manage project budgets, resources, and risks, ensuring optimal performance and efficiency.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver projects that meet or exceed client expectations.

Requirements:

  • Proven track record in a Consultancy PM role, with Chartered status with RICS or CIOB highly desirable.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and guide team members.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to navigate complex project challenges.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
