Project Manager Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to join our team in delivering complex projects in the education sector. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and controlling projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage project budgets and highlight any risks, challenges, and mitigations.
  • Develop and manage project plans, including project schedules, resource allocation, and risk management.
  • Coordinate and manage project teams, including stakeholders, contractors, and suppliers.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.
  • Manage project documentation, including project reports, meeting minutes, and correspondence.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks, and develop contingency plans as necessary.
  • Ensure effective communication with project stakeholders, including project sponsors, clients, and team members.
  • Manage project finances, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control.
  • Develop and implement project quality management plans, including quality assurance and quality control.
  • Ensure project deliverables are met, including project milestones, deadlines, and deliverables.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in project management, preferably in the education sector.
  • Strong knowledge of project management principles, methodologies, and tools.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
