Role Overview:
As a Part-time Lecturer in Production Arts at Chichester College, you will play a vital role in shaping the next generation of theatre professionals. Our students are passionate about the performing arts, and we need educators who can inspire and motivate them to reach their full potential.

Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality teaching and learning experiences, incorporating innovative approaches and technologies
- Develop and implement curriculum plans that reflect industry standards and best practices
- Collaborate with colleagues to design and deliver workshops, lectures, and other educational activities
- Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment, encouraging student engagement and participation

Requirements:
- A Level 3 qualification in a relevant field (e.g., theatre, education)
- Relevant teaching experience, ideally in a post-secondary setting
- Strong knowledge of current theatre practices and trends
