We are seeking an experienced Digital Access Solutions Academy Manager to lead the development and delivery of educational, technical, and sales-driven courses through the Abloy Academy.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for creating a full prospectus of appropriate courses covering the solutions and products being marketed. This will involve developing and delivering training programs both in-house and remotely, as needed.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Building and maintaining a comprehensive training strategy for the Digital Access Solutions business, ensuring alignment with the company's growth ambitions
  • Developing and implementing e-learning tools, in line with ASSA ABLOY UK's IT Policy and Marketing guidelines
  • Designing and delivering sales presentations and demonstrations to support the sales teams, showcasing the capabilities of our products and solutions
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to understand customer needs and develop tailored education programs

To succeed in this role, you will require a proven track record in sales or training, marketing electronic security or building management products, and experience with UK access control systems. A qualification in business would also be advantageous.

In return, we offer a competitive salary range of £45,000 - £60,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits and opportunities for career growth and professional development.
