Digital Content Creator

**Hours**: 37.5 hrs p/week
**Salary**: Salary: £22,000 p/a (depending on experience)
**Shift Pattern**: Mon-Fri 9 am-5 pm with 30 mins lunch
**Location**: Hybrid working 50% home and 50% office based in either Willenhall (West Midlands) or Talbot Green (South Wales)
We are looking for an entrepreneurial & creative person with a flair for content creation, with great knowledge of current videography, animation, and digital/social media trends & platforms. Reporting to the Head of Product Marketing, your role will be to create digital and social content to support, engage, and communicate with customers.

**Key Accountabilities**:
- Ensure that the company is active across all social media platforms.
- Develop creative ideas, and suggest new innovative ways of delivering digital content in line with the Selling Plan
- Produce content for social and digital channels, including VT and simple animation
- Contribute to and work with the relevant teams in the production of integrated marketing and communication campaigns.
- Review performance data to ensure optimisation of all campaigns
**Key Responsibilities/ Dimensions**:
- Co-ordination of Social Media feeds, organic and paid content
- Updating social media content plan and drafting content
- Work with SPAR CO to ensure consistency of communications
- Liaison with company Divisions for social media content
- Weekend Social Media cover (as per agreed rota)
- Given the nature of Social Media, you may be required to work outside of normal business hours.
- May be required to travel to sites other than normal place of work for business purposes
- Could be required to stay away from home overnight or attend evening events on behalf of the business
**Key knowledge/experience**:
- Driving License
- Experience in digital packages such as Adobe and the creation of digital assets.
- Social Media qualifications preferred
- Experience of Social Media management tools such as Hootsuite
- Excellent reading, writing, and mathematical skills
- Ability to proactively source content
- Must be able to demonstrate an ability to work independently
- Strong organisation and planning skills with attention to detail
- Ability to produce accurate work within agreed timelines
