Full-Time SEN Teaching Assistant Opportunity in Barnet

We are seeking a committed SEN Teaching Assistant to work in schools across Barnet, helping students with special educational needs overcome challenges and thrive in a nurturing environment.

About the Role:
  • This is a full-time opportunity, working Monday to Friday (8:30am-4:00pm)
  • The salary for this role is £23,000 - £25,000 per annum, equivalent to £100-£110 per day
  • You will provide tailored support to children with SEN, including Autism and ADHD
Your Responsibilities:
  • Support children with special educational needs in inclusive classroom settings
  • Collaborate with teachers to develop and implement individualized learning plans
  • Maintain accurate records of student progress and development
Requirements:
  • You will need previous experience working with children, ideally supporting those with additional needs
  • A patient, empathetic, and proactive attitude is essential
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required
