Senior Support Worker for Young Adults

We are the CareTech Group, a leading provider of care and education services for children and young people.

Our Supported Accommodation provides a stepping stone towards independence for young people leaving the care system or their family home.

As a Senior Support Worker, you will be involved in all aspects of the young person's everyday life, ensuring they receive the support and care they need to thrive.

We offer a competitive rate of pay, up to £14.22 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications.

Other benefits include completely free on-shift meals and parking, comprehensive training and development plans, and opportunities for career progression.

Key responsibilities include leading shifts, deputising for the Service Manager, and maintaining accurate records.

You will join a strong, supportive team in helping young people with complex needs achieve their personal potential.

Requirements include a full UK driving licence, a desire to earn a Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare, and 12 months senior experience working in a Residential setting.
