Security Lead Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Security Lead to join our team at a prestigious client in Liverpool City Centre. As a Security Lead, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of our hotel premises, guests, and the public throughout your shift.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct Regular Patrols: Conduct regular patrols of all three hotel sites to detect and respond to any security issues promptly.
  • CCTV Monitoring: Monitor CCTV systems from the main control room to ensure the safety and security of our premises.
  • Liaison: Work closely with front-of-house staff at each hotel to ensure smooth and secure operations.
  • Guest Safety: Respond to any incidents or emergencies, providing assistance to guests and staff as needed.
  • Security Reporting: Document any security breaches or unusual occurrences and report them according to protocol.
Key Skills & Experience:
  • Proven Experience: Proven experience as a security guard or in a similar role.
  • Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail and ability to remain alert during night shifts.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with hotel staff and handle guest interactions professionally.
  • CCTV Familiarity: Familiarity with CCTV systems and security protocols.
  • Reliability: Reliable, trustworthy, and committed to ensuring the safety of others.
  • Team Player: A team player, with the ability to work efficiently and professionally with a wider team.
