About the Role

As a Security Service Engineer, you will be involved in attending and undertaking service work of security systems at a range of customers from commercial, domestic, and integrated systems. You will be a key point of contact for a number of customers, responsible for ensuring their security engineering needs are met.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide excellent Customer Service to exceed the expectations and requirements of both internal and external customers, establishing and maintaining effective relationships with customers.
  • Service the appropriate devices, working safely and responsibly to avoid injuries, damage to property, and the loss of unused materials.
  • Ensure your time is managed efficiently and jobs are prioritised correctly.

Requirements

  • Experience within the Fire & Security industry, ideally having Intruder Alarms, Access Systems, and CCTV experience
  • Driving license
  • Ability to lift and climb ladders
  • Always deliver excellent Customer Service
