Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Security Service Engineer to join our team. As a key point of contact for our customers, you will be responsible for ensuring their security engineering needs are met. You will work on a localised patch, with minimal travel required.

Key Responsibilities

  • Attend and undertake service work on security systems at commercial, domestic, and integrated sites
  • Provide excellent customer service, establishing and maintaining effective relationships with customers
  • Service devices safely and responsibly, avoiding injuries and damage to property
  • Manage time efficiently and prioritize jobs correctly

Requirements

  • Experience in the fire and security industry, ideally with intruder alarms, access systems, and CCTV experience
  • Driving license
  • Ability to lift and climb ladders
  • Excellent customer service skills
