At Home Instead, we're dedicated to providing exceptional care and companionship to our clients in the comfort of their own homes. As a Care Assistant, you'll play a vital role in delivering our award-winning services, making a real difference in the lives of our clients and their families.

**Your Role:**

As a Care Assistant, you'll be responsible for providing personalized support to our clients, helping them with daily tasks, and engaging in activities that bring them joy. Your role will involve:

* Accompanying clients on outings and activities
* Assisting with medication and personal care
* Providing companionship and emotional support
* Helping with mobility and daily living tasks
* Preparing meals and performing light housekeeping

**What We Offer:**

* Competitive pay: £12 - £13.50 per hour
* Guaranteed hours contracts
* Double pay on bank holidays
* Mileage reimbursement: minimum of 35p per mile
* Paid travel and wait time
* Training: All mandatory training paid at £12 per hour
