About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate and reliable Care Professional to join our team at Home Instead. As a Care Professional, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our clients in their own homes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist clients with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Help clients with medication management and personal care
  • Provide support with mobility and transfers
  • Prepare meals and assist with light household tasks
Requirements
  • Reliable and trustworthy individual with a passion for helping others
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and respect client boundaries
What We Offer
  • Competitive hourly rate: £12 - £13.50 per hour plus mileage
  • Enhanced rates for completed NVQ levels
  • Mileage reimbursement at a minimum of 35p per mile
