We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Care Assistant to join our team at Bluebird Care Shropshire. As a Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our customers in their own homes.

About the Role

As a Care Assistant, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing personal care and support to customers, including assistance with daily living tasks and medication management
  • Assisting customers with meal preparation and home management
  • Supporting customers with their mental and physical well-being, including promoting activities and social interaction
  • Documenting and reporting customer information, including any changes or concerns
  • Working collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care and support

We offer a competitive hourly rate of £12.72 (Monday to Friday) and £14.00 (Saturday and Sunday), as well as:
