Urban Forestry Expert

We are seeking an Urban Forestry Expert to join our team at AVOVE LIMITED. The successful candidate will have experience working in the Utilities Industry and hold a Unit 5 qualification.
About the RoleYou will work closely with the Operations Manager to deliver detailed surveys and obtain consent for our client, Northern Power Grid. Your primary responsibility will be to prioritise personal safety and contract compliance while carrying out each task.
Key Responsibilities:- Arranging meetings with customers to assess their requests
- Answering questions from the client call centre
- Resolving any complaints that may arise from surveys and/or cutting work
- Carrying out surveying maintenance and revisit work
- Surveying across multiple voltages
